December 5-16

We have had a lot of fun learning from each other! Students have been doing a great job with their genius hour projects!

We enjoyed celebrating St. Lucia day on December 13. St. Lucia day is a Swedish Christmas tradition.

Grace brought in an icicle and was sad when it melted.

We finished our Native American presentations! The students presented through speeches, dramas, and power points.

The middle school band came and played for us!

We searched for text features and explained how they help us as readers.

An illustrator came and showed us how to draw a fun picture.

November 28 - December 2

Some students dressed up as Mr. Gensinger or Miss Barge!

We really enjoyed Junior Achievement! Thank you Mr. Baumgardner for teaching our class!

The weather was so nice earlier in November, we had to go outside to read.

Our table groups are learning about different Native American tribes. We will present what we learned to the rest of the class soon!

When we started working on rounding, we practiced using a number line outside.

We enjoyed a special presentation about animals!

We had a lot of fun on the WILL bus. We learned how scientists conduct experiments.

Students had to find a friend who could round.

We learned about sequencing words. While we wrote, we enjoyed s'mores.
